4. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

As part of the security protocol, Paul Carp may send one-time SMS passcodes (OTP) to user’s registered mobile number. These messages are used solely for authentication and account access purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site

• Share or resell access to user’s account or training content

All materials—including videos, documents, logos, and course content—are the intellectual property of Paul Carp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

User may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content owned by Paul Carp without explicit written permission by authorized representatives of Paul Carp.

7. Subscription & Payment Terms

Access to certain tools and training requires a paid subscription. All fees billed at stated at the time of agreement, and on-going fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in writing at the point of sale.

Paul Carp reserves the right to terminate or suspend user’s account or access to any part of the services at any time, with or without cause or notice, or for violations of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Paul Carp and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no instance shall the user be entitled to any amount beyond the fees actually paid to Paul Carp.

User agrees to indemnify and hold Paul Carp, it’s representatives, affiliates, partners, and associates harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, or fines arising in any way from the services provided under this agreement, including any claims against user involving hiring, firing, or use of personnel. user agrees to defend and indemnify Paul Carp, at user’s expense, for any claims brought against Paul Carp in connection with the performance of any consulting, coaching, brainstorming, or related services now or in the future. This clause shall survive termination of the agreement.

14. Confidentiality

User agrees to maintain the confidentiality of information shared, excluding information publicly available or commonly known within the user’s industry. User agrees not to infringe on any copyrights associated with materials provided by Paul Carp. This obligation is permanent and survives the expiration of this agreement.
